Where is BeaverCON 2026?

BeaverCON 2026 will be held at the University of Minnesota: Minneapolis campus at the McNamara Center.

When does registration open and how do I register?

Registration for BeaverCON 2026 is now open! You can register by visiting the BeaverCON 2026 registration page HERE.

How do I register using the Whova system?

Visit the BeaverCON 2026 registration page HERE to purchase your conference ticket in Whova. Follow the prompts to select your registration type, add any field trips or workshops, and complete your purchase. If you run into any issues, please contact Shawnah Craigie at scraigie@lucent.blue.

Do presenters need to register for the conference?

Yes, all presenters are required to register for the conference. When registering, please use the same email address you used when you submitted your proposal — this is how your registration will be linked to your speaker profile. Once registered, you will also have the opportunity to build out your speaker profile, which is a great way to introduce yourself to attendees.

What is included in the registration fee?

Your conference registration includes:

  • Lunch each day
  • An afternoon snack each day
  • Access to all general conference programming, including keynotes, concurrent sessions, panels, and the poster session
  • Opportunities to connect with fellow attendees

The following are not included in the registration fee: parking, field trips, and workshops. These can be purchased separately.

Can I pay with a check or cash?

Unfortunately, Whova — the registration platform we use for BeaverCON — only accepts credit card payments at this time. If you need to make alternative payment arrangements, please contact Katy Einerson at katy@beaverinstitute.org.

I need to register a group of more than 10 people. How do I do that?

Whova limits purchases to 10 or fewer tickets per transaction. If you need to register a group larger than 10, you will need to split your registration into multiple purchases of 10 or fewer attendees each. If you need assistance, please contact Shawnah Craigie at scraigie@lucent.blue.

I made a mistake when I registered. How can I correct it?

Please contact Shawnah Craigie at scraigie@lucent.blue and she will be happy to help you make any necessary corrections.

How do I register for a field trip or workshop after already purchasing a conference pass?

Your confirmation email contains a link that will take you back to your registration, where you can add field trips and workshops. If you cannot locate your confirmation email or need additional help, please contact Shawnah Craigie at scraigie@lucent.blue.

I am no longer able to attend BeaverCON. Can I request a refund or transfer my ticket?
